Re: Loaded Up!!
I like the game cart aspect tree stand kit give us an update on its performance. I have a compact game cart and suggest having spare axle clips , washers and pin clips, ect as I have needed them more than once over the years. I keep extras taped to the cart . Used it for the first time today. Worke...

Re: Loaded Up!!
Why that looks slicker than Owl ch*t, how long you been usin that setup ? Bought it late last season and only got to use it for the first time today. It worked great!! I pulled it through shoulder high weeds, mud and small brush. Just took my time and picked my way to the spot I wanted to hunt. No ...

DrStirrup 4x4Kocker
How long is the DrStirrup 4x4Kocker rope? Did I read the description correctly on the DrStirrup web site? Looks like it is pretty short. I'd have to pull the string up quite a bit on my Exomax if I used it, correct??

Re: DrStirrup
I've got to ask since I've seen this listed in a few posts about the stirrup. When people talk about not putting an arrow in their foot while it's in the stirrup...what are they doing? Or do they mean people forgot to remove the arrow before manually decocking the bow? There are a few members here ...

Loaded Up!!
This is my Summit Viper climbing tree stand converted into a Game Cart using a kit from Sherpa Hunting. The kit is very easy to install and only takes a minute or two to install or remove. I use the cart kit when I intend to use the climbing tree stand as well so I don't have to pack it in. This all...

Re: Help me pick...Micro vs 380
Had a little help making a choice tonight. ..had a big 10 point come in to about 15 yds (too close). Tried to maneuver my axiom for a shot and clanked the limb on my stand...end of hunt. My 10 year old daughter was with me and said that if I had a Micro we would have killed it! I use an Exomax and ...

Re: Tree Ninja!!!!
Glad to see you are rockin' a "Lifeline".... Good deal man... About 5 years ago, I fell 18' from my stand as I was transitioning into my stand from the top step when the strap gave way on by ladder stick. position without a full body harness and lifeline. Look's like you're dressed for bu...

Excalibur Micro 335
Well I've decided to sell my Exomax after hunting season and buy a Excalibur Micro 335. It is all the crossbow I need and will fit in the Ground Blind much better than the Exomax. It will also be easier to handle in my climbing Tree Stand. Don't get me wrong I love the Exomax. As bullet proof as any...

Re: Can't get in the mood to hunt this year
It's called a slump, I think? Been there but I get over it as the hunting stories start coming out. My hunt area is just so-so and is on Public Land but it's all I have for now. Pretty hard to get excited about hunting there though I have pics on trail cameras of some big Bucks traveling through the...

Don't stop shooting!!
I spent a fun morning yesterday in a light rain target practicing with my Exomax. Even having cocked it so many times my back hurts but I had a ball. I had forgotten how much fun it is to shoot the Exomax. One thing I learned from all this is that after hunting season passes it's best to keep on sho...

QuickFletch
I fletched 3 of my Firebolt arrows with QuickFletch fletchings. I used the Crossbow version. http://www.newarchery.com/products/quikfletch/quikfletch-twister-3inch-crossbow-89/ They flew the same as the factory Firebolt fletched arrows. I was pleasantly surprised and would have no problem carrying b...
