Re: Trigger Tech
Got outside today and shot my new TT. Taking off the safety is much quieter with tension on the string. With my thumb, I could do it with hardly a sound. Now I really like it.

Trigger Tech
Just installed a Trigger Tech hunter model on my Matrix 355, and was wondering if all you other TT owners think the safety is loud when taking it off to shoot? Is there any way to silence? My stock trigger was much quieter. Not complaining, love the trigger. Just seems a little loud.

Boo, would have the same answer if one was to try a different trigger?

Re: Help with illuminated bolt selection?
Hey Big John, is this for real? I have not seen this anywhere else. Makes me rethink Firenoks.Big John wrote:Excalibur has stated that they will only accept Lumenok as an option to use on their bows and still honour warranty.
Please remember this.

Re: Help with illuminated bolt selection?
Seems a lot of forum members really like their lumenoks, and they might be real good, but I wouldn't trade my Firenoks. Been shooting the same 3 nocks, 6 years with a Tenpoint and this past year with a Matrix 355. Both target and hunting. Not one failure.

Slick Tricks
Up until last year, I was using 100 grain S.T. magnums with Tenpoint Lazer II crossbow and they flew quite well. This past spring I bought a Matrix 355. Arrows are GoldTip III Pro's, 18 in., Blazer vanes with helical , Firenoks, and 112 grain lock and load inserts. About 418 grain total. Speed was a...

Shooting rest
What is everyone using as a shooting sled for sighting in my Matrix 355. Don't plan on using it to hunt with, just for sighting purposes.
Thanks
Thanks

I like fall. Less competition with weeds.

Thanks for all the responses. Going to call the place I got it, and if no luck, will try Danny Miller.

String Serving
I assume that is has been covered before, but I thought I would ask again. I talked my brother in law into trying an Excalibur Flemish Twist on his Equinox. Bought one last week, got it all stretched out with leaving cocked a couple nights and have shot it about 30 times. Somewhere between 30 and 40...

I will try rotating a different vane down. But like I said, nothing has changed, just a different day.

Arrow Problem
I was shooting yesterday off a bench at 50 yds. Arrows are marked so I shot each one in the same order. Vanes are also marked so the same one down. Every time I was within 2 inches. Today I did the same thing except arrow #3 keeps hitting about 5 inches low. All 3 weigh the same. Number 3 spins true...

Re: Team Matrix 355 question?
This was a pm I sent to Dash. I had a Ten Point in this case and it worked great. Then bought the new Matrix 355 and it fit in just as good. I put 3 inch foam on the 2 wings (where the limb tips rest), I one small piece at the end of the stock, and a thin piece of moleskin under the forearm. I don't...

Re: Matrix hard case options
The smaller case works great. You might want to put in thicker foam where the limbs go. Stirrup stays on. The only problem I have is Munch Mount has to be taken off, but using wing bolts, it's real easy.
