Cold Sweat

Maybe you northerners can help a coonass out. Last weekend it got real cold down here, 38 degrees to be exact. How do you keep from buiding up sweat when carrying your gear and climber a mile into the woods? Short of starting out in shorts and a t-shirt and freezing for the first half of the ...

Thanks everyone. It is going to be rainy for the next few days as a nice front moves in, then the cold settles in on Friday. I'm taking Friday through Tuesday off from work to settle some unfinished business... :)

Need a new strategy

Ok, I need some input from you guys. I have been hunting an 80 acre plot for the last 10 hunts, 3 of which were practically all day hunts. I walked up on a doe and yearling, and almost got a shot off, on my first outing and thought I had it made. I haven't seen a deer since and I'm thinking of givin...

Fellow "Southern Attack" Teammates, ignore the following it only works in other areas. Rattle loudly, early, and often. Results are best when you rattle using an antler in the left hand and a cow bell in the right hand while singing row row row your boat. The deer will gather broads...
