Verticle Bows

Post by TYE »

Wow, today was my third time shooting a compound bow, and I love it! So much! It's so much fun. Even better seeing how I've only shot 3 times, and I'm shooting better than some of the guys who come in and shoot regularly. The guy whos bow I'm shooting, has his pins set different than I shoot them, I just have to aim a little left to hit center. I'm consistantly shooting X-X-9's or X-10-9. For the most part, mostly all my shots are in the yellow circle. I've had quite a few people tell me I'm pretty good for a starter. Couple people today were talking amongst eachother about me, and I turned around and said it's only the 3rd time I've shot a compound bow, and they're like "WOW YOU SHOULD GET INTO THIS" Makes me feel pretty good. I'm all anxious now. I'm so excited to get a compound bow. Hopefully after my pay cheque I get tomorrow, I'll have enough money to buy Diggers old bow. :)

Amazing how good they look. That looks very cool. I own an automotive shop and I usually shoot about thirty arrows a day. I am addicted to it. Some days it like 60 arrows and half an hour late!
At 20 yard ya gotta be carefull not to hit your own arrows. Gets expensive.

Hehe, I.. too late, I was smashing his arrows together like a peanut and butter jam sandwich! I'd shoot one, then the next would go SMACK! Then he'd be going EWWW crap. LOL so then I started shooting 3 spot targets cuz I messed up his arrows. lol
