Turkey Scouting

Post by BigUgly »

Took my 8 &3 year old out with me tonight. Scoped the fields out and saw nothing so went out to set up a blind for next Tuesday. After setting up blind really gave the 50 acres I have permission to hunt a good looking over. Not a track or droppings anywhere. May be a waste of my time but it's the only place I have permission to hunt turkey. The owners said they last saw some about a week ago but not as many as other years. My older son did find one turkey feather and a lower jaw with teeth from a deer. He thought that was great. Well good luck to everyone have a great season.
