I took my first deer ever on Saturday morning with an Excalibur Phoenix using the WASP Boss broadheads. This crossbow is awesome!
one of the lungs was nearly cut in half.
Oh yes!! My favorite Broadheads come through again.
If you like the WASP Boss, you will like the WASP Hammer SST even better. They leave a bigger hole than that! And the are still Fixed Blade.
Congrats!

Hey man - great job. It's a thrill ain't it? I have a new Phoenix and shot a 175# doe with same broadhead this year. It did a good job. I so poor after buying the box and accessory kit that I can't experiment around this year on broadheads. Maybe next year. These WASP's did a good job for me.
I got tired of the gas prices last year and put a wood heater in my house. I just love it! In the nine previous years that I lived in this house, I was always cold. Just never warmed up. Immediately with the woodstove, I opened two windows and they stay open all winter to get rid of a little heat. I'm warm and toasty all winter now and love the smell of the wood. It just another one of those things that "should be"! Only problem is getting up at 4AM to chunk a couple more logs in, but ya get used to it.
Anyone else heat with wood?

Sorri I put this in wrong place, but don't know how to move it.
