Snake Skins Camo Kit?

Post by Texas Dirt Devil »

Hey ya'll - I like the vixen but like some am not real crazy about the deerskin brown color it comes with

I just discovered something new on the market called "Snake Skins Camo" Cabela's has it http://www.cabelas.com/prod-1/0012943226652a.shtml

it claims you use a hair dryer to form it to the weapon - anyone try it or is it best to just use regular camo tape to cover the vixen?

Thanks

Cheap enough and looks like it would work well. Might have to try that.

I'd say "go for it!"
Buy a package and give it a try.
(and be sure to let us know if it works)

Any updates on this? I was considering using this in Realtree Hardwoods on the new grounpounder quiver mount that is on its way. Comments on durability and ease of use are greatly appreciated.

Another $50 or so on the price, This deer hide keeps the price down for entry level Excal.
