Taking these venison "Slim Jimmies" and Pepperoni sticks to the smoker right now. I can see the bottom of the freezer already, hurry up October.

Got recipes? I do my own smoking. Have made smoked/BBQd deer shoulder. Awesome. Smoked a batch of country pork ribs last night.
