Thanks so much guys!!! I had a hoot!
DoeMaster, CONGRATS ON YOUR WIN TODAY TOO!!!!
Was nice to see you again. Thanks for all your encouragement & for sharing your enthusiasm!
The people I was shooting with were very helpful, and patiently answered my questions. I learned a lot today! I missed several targets completely, lost a bolt, tripped over logs, guessed ranges wildly, and came to the realization that shooting with a scoped crossbow doesn't necessarily make it easy.
I was out changing my little boy's diaper during the presentations and I had no idea what the award was for - I thought it was for "First Time Trying" What a nice surprise!
The event was a lot of fun and I'm looking forward to doing it again. Next time I'll be toting one of those cool gear belts with all the toys and will wear sensible shoes (thanks for not laughing at my flip-flops )
For any of you who who have never tried a 3-D tournament - DO IT! It's a lot of fun!

I have to mention that DoeMaster should have won yesterday. Unfortunately, he had an injured shoulder.
The guy was in P-A-I-N and still managed to shoot the whole day! I can't imagine doing that shoot with an injury, it was tough enough without...
