Yellow Jacket target question...

Ok this is another another dumbazz question.....

I'm I suppose to take the yellow wrapper and black corplast off this target?? Or is it suppose to stay on it??

I leave mine on but as dense as it is , it probable won't matter . Mine has been out in the weather since early Sept. and shows no signs of weathering .

ive left mine on,,,,as far as im concerned this is the best target out there.
