yuppers a virgin bow hunter that is.. :lol:
im a newbie to this forum and to bow hunting,looks like a lot of good reading i,ll have to catch up on here to familurize myself with the forum here...
a wee bit about myself..been a avid hunter of deer for years ,im real new at bow hunting,in fact i dont even own a bow yet,but im hopping to fix that problem within a week or so..
so i hope you,s dont mind a bunch of questions i might have till i learn the ropes here..
i quess the first thing i should ask...is were in the toronto area is a good place to buy a crossbow?
so far ive snooped a bit at basspro and lebarons..

so far i like the excaliburs the best,im kind of hoping to get a good deal on a equinox package deal..

Crossbows, compounds, recurves, longbows, and smokepoles are are shot by forum members here. All are welcome. Lots of great experience to gain here.

welcome , well you are in the right direction with choosing Excalibur my advice is handle & if you can shoot a few different Excalibur models to get the feel of the difference between the new thumb hole stock and the regular stock , there is quite a difference in feel to them, AND when you do shoot one KEEP YOUR THUMB DOWN below the rail , that string goes by real quick. Dave. :D

Welcome to the forum. I am totally sold on Excalibur Crossbows. I shoot the Exocet 200 and will never give it up :wink:
