Free Education For Excalibur Marketing

Post by Chopper Charlie »

Federal Government of Canada nows tells me that I am no longer disabled! From now on it is wrong to call somebody disabled or handicapped, so get with it stupid people!! Stop insulting us broken down folks. We are now classed as " Differentially Enabled". So, if you see me using a crankaroo, which I will, watch what you call me. See, even this site can be classed as an educational experience in more ways than one!!
Cheers and start respecting me!!

CC . . . not sure how to take that post!

So . . . is it against the law too? :)

I'll bet if you just got done with your crankeroo and you have an arrow in your hand, nobody is going to say anything other than "Yes sir" or "no sir". Especially if they know how accurate the Excals shoot.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.

What's in a name? All the PC aside, the truth and the fact is, no matter what one's called, it doesn't change who or what one is.

The bard Shakespeare said it best:

"A rose by any other name smells just as sweet."

So whatever they call you, just hope they don't call you late for dinner. :)

Sumner,
As a joke against the Feds!! Think of the time and money expended to ensure we comply with P/C.
Broken down is just that, broken down and we just keep moving along with our Excal's, having a good time. Being a retired Canadian diplomat, I can assure you that somewhere along the line everyone in Canada will get a notice that any other word is now prejudice or some other bad thing. Meanwhile the money expended could go to better causes, maybe like giving me a taxbreak so that I could buy more hunting goodies!! What a nice thought!!
As an aside, I heard Bill Troubridge refer to disabled or handicapped when he ws referring to the crankeroo in one of his videos, so I guess now he'll be going to jail.
Cheers

Joking Charlie? Everybody is "differently enabled" (I can't knit), we all have "handicaps" (mine is 72 on the front nine  ) and I might be "disabled" when there is work to be done.

Must be some liberal loose in the bureaucracy that came up with that one. What horsepoop.............

Just 'cause you can knit and I can't doesn't make you better.
