Older Exocet Info Required.

Does anyone know what kind of speed I might be getting from my older
Exocet(1994?)? I am using a factory Dacron string. Want to purchase
a scope(any input would be appreciated) and believe I need it for sighting purposes. Thanks

Just picked up a chronograph a week ago.
Brace height is about 1 1/8 inch.
My Exocet 165 with the 2097 Flemish string and Muzzy 100g tips shoots a.
2213 excalibur 280g bolt @ 279fps
2216 Easton bolt (not sure of weight) @ 270fps
2219 Easton bolt (not sure of weight) @ 262fps

I have used a 2219 for over 10 years. This year I will be using a 2216.

Thanks...
Excalibur crossbows are the best.
I was very impressed with the speed of the 1994 Exocet.

My old carved tip exocet is like an old friend. I like my phoenix but would not give a moments thought should I need to take my exocet into the woods if the need arrived.
