Signature, avatar?I'm trying t

I'm trying to load a signature and avatar but for some reason it doesn't apply what I enter in the required fields? Is there some secret?

Go to photo bucket, click on 2nd box under picture 9 DIRECT LINK), highlight box,
right hand click and hit copy.
Go to your profile in forum. go to bottom and click on link to off-site avatar then click submit.
