If you don't mind me asking, where abouts do you hunt (roughly...just curious and I'm not looking to take your spot...lol!).

Also, what butcher do you use? I'm trying the guy in Mt Brydges this year....took mine out Monday morning. Looking forward to some pepperettes and sausage!

Congrats.
Korey
I hunt just a little north of London. It seems I have no shortages of spots. My mother and dad moved to a small community and the farmers are begging for deer to be shot. Just not enough time in the day for scouting, and hanging stands (i know that is not something to complain about) I will be taking this guy into Mount Brydges as well. My usual butcher is full right now with turkeys in prep for Thanksgiving. He told me the soonest I could get it in is Wednesday. I dont want it spoiling in my garage.
I also love the pepperettes Mount Brydges makes and for $2.50 a poundyou cant go wrong.
Now that I have the freezer filler out of the way I can start chasing the big buck in my area.
