Just thought I would share an idea that i came up with regarding top mounts. Below are a few images of what I started with and my results. The front fiber optic sight was removed and I attached my bracket to the bracket that held the fibre optic. I had originally worried about the vibration shaking every thing loose , but 40 shots out of the ibex and all is still tight. I guess the dove tail on the riser helps with keeping every thing tight and in place. I can't give you much feed back on reliability , as I have said 40 shots and all is fine . When i do any shooting I also remove the quiver, and when I hunt I alsol do the same.

Interesting modifications you have experimented with there. I see you have played around with vibration dampeners mounted underneath. Has anything made a noticable improvement in amount of vibration felt ?
I tried some things with my bow and.....vibrations seemed to have been lessened, but not as much as I believe is possible. I like the rubber nipples on your STS.

Just an over informed newbie with a misinformation spreading disorder- and a Vortex
The sts i made up does take some vibration away for sure! but i put it on so i could use up all avalible draw length , and it stops the string from slapping the riser ive put probably 200 shots on them so far and they still are holding up. These pair i made up cost $15 2 pieces of 3/8" angled alluminum and 2 split limb limb savers. I have tried different ideas to quiet the crossbow down, and take vibration away, but in the end it was just a waste of time, and you will never be able too quite it down enough too make any difference.
