well i wanted to help fill tags at my spots but blew out my rotator cuff and im out now sorry to all that i was wanting to help out. i owe yous this for next yr.

Man, sorry to hear about your injury. Chronic back pain has kept me out of the woods for 2 weeks but we finally made it to the club yesterday. It was cold and rainy so that didn't help at all. Thank God for those ThermaCare Heat Wraps. We'll be praying for you .

barnett you had best get that fixed proper or you will forever be in alot of pain with it. Ray i knowed yer back pain have it myself with the 4 herniated dics. Hurts bad in the cold & trying to use yer muscles

Hey, get that thing seen to as soon as possible. The quicker the rotator cuff is looked at and addressed appropriately the less you will have in terms of negative repercussions later down the road.

It has been 4 years since i had my full thickness tear to my right rotator cuff repaired through the surgery and i can honestly say that i cannot even tell that it was injured at all. I have full mobility with absolutley no pain at. The strength was back soon after but the key is the rehab. You must do as the phisiotherapist says!! It is very important to the overall recovery. Best wishes that yours will be as successful as mine.
