I have a bunch of 2213's left from compound days .Can i use
them for stump shooting out of my exomax and vortex
also what size nocks will fit.

2213s are fine to use, usually coming in just above the minimum 350 grain weight with a 100 grain point installed.
Just use a point insert for the nock.
Also be very careful about pulling them from targets - they're easy to bend if you get careless.
I'm thinking of switching to 2213s with 125 grain heads for hunting next year. They are close to what the 2215s (w/100 gr heads) I'm currently using weigh.
