Thanks everyone for your thoughts and prayers. I almost lost her today, but due to an excellent staff at froedarts hospital in Milwaukee she is stable. A little pain in her neck turned into a full blown siststmic infection the closed her throat and went right into her chest in a matter of 12 hrs. She's stable after a 4 hour surgery to clean out her neck and chest of cloudy liquid and puss. Now she is pumped full of antibotics and very out of in intensive care. She like myself are playing with a double edged sword. We suppress our immune system to combat our diseases, but leave ourselves wide open to any infection there is. We have nothing to fight it with. Could'nt bear to lose her. We agreed that I would go first. I'm the old guy with the life insurance policy. Besides I fall apart when things like this happen. Thanks you all for your support. It meams the world to me and Jen. She is not out of the woods by a long shot so keep praying. Mike

Second day a lot better. On the way in I stopped a semi that had its back roll down door open. That was my good deed of the day. He thanked me and I was on my way. Your prayer I'm sure have helped. Her swelling was down a little and the breathing device was at its lowest setting, so she is almost breathing on her own. I counted 16 bags hanging that were going into her body. Its very sad to look at because it happened so fast and all. They are going to try taking the breathing device off tomorrow. but leave the trac tube in for the while till the swelling goes down farther. They said her better than expected rebound is because we came in right away. It was very close because her throat was shutting off and they had to put her under to get the tube down her throat. Any longer and she may not have made it. At first they thought it might be a flesh eating bacteria which really hit me hard because I know what that does. lucky for us it was not. By your prayer and the grace of God she is safe and I want to give you all a heavy hearted Thanks to all. Mike
