Jen is improving daily now. She had her trak tube and 2 of the 6 drain tubes removed today. She even sat up, which was really hard to do. Either sunday or monday she will be leaving the ICU unit and getting a regular room. Lots of phsyical therapy ahead of her. Can not tell you how happy it is to see her face back to normal and smiling. No, will not even try. Thanks for all the attention you have given my wife during these hard times. Your support is very king of you and I thank you. Mike :)

Good News!!!! The last draining tube is out. Now all thats left is the feeding tube morphine pump and lots of rehab. Thanks to all well wishers for your prayers to help us out at this trying time in our lives. So, I get this thread can be closed. Hope I never have to start one like this again. :)

I just got out of the hospital myself so I haven't been on the forum. I know you both have been down a tough road but it sounds like with all the folks praying for you and Jen, she is on the rebound. My family and I will be praying for you both. We could use them as well.
God Bless !!!!!!!!!

Came home today just to get away from the hospital and check on our dog Rocco. I really give Jen credit. She is a fighter. She has a low grade fever which they cannot find the source for. A doctor for Infectious diseases is going the take a look see. Get rid of that and get an appetite and home we go. Thanks again for caring. It means a lot. Mike

I hope they can source the cause of the fever and that you'll be able to bring her home again soon. So glad to hear that she's recovered so well, so far. We'll keep on praying for her!
