Post by theoldarcher »

Finished a new one today. Not the best pictures but they are all I have right now. I will try and get some better ones up tomorrow.

Wow, that's gorgeous! Nice clean lines, nice shape. The blade seems hefty enough without looking too bulky. I like! :D

Nice work!

Just curious, do you only make them for yourself for fun or do you sell some of those?

Very, very nice. A work of art really. Got a Green River skinner this year, strictly a utilitarian knife but I had to have one, after skinning countless deer w/o.
That's my addition to my meager collection. I'm not superstitious except for one thing: Despite a dozen fine blades, the ole style Buck 110 HAS GOT to be on my belt when hunting.

I bought a Green River 5 inch hunter blade last year and put a set of Colt 45 grips on it. I miss that knife.

Great looking knife. I like the solid brass stop before the blade. No chance of slipping on that knife. smooth lines and heavy blade. Very Very Nice!

If you can't find a place to store it I have room......... :D :D :D If it becomes dull I'm also a good hand at sharpening, should have it back to you about the second week of Jan. 2011.
