? about cocking aid for a excalbur cross bow
Do have to remove the cocking aid before you shoot, or can you let it on the cross bow while shooting. My friend needs to use the cocking aid for his Phoenix, I do not use one due to I can cock mine with the rope. I can not answer his question.

Take it off before you shoot or you will end up breaking your finger and doing the Holy Chicken Dance in pain like "Pydpiper" did when he forgot to take it off.
