New to forum

Post by dsal »

Hi all, thought i'd join the forum. Seem to be a great bunch of people here. Not new to excalibur or hunting. But did just recently good a new vortex. Got some tips on here for strings and serving. Been making strings for my componds for some years and thought i'd try a 3 colour flemish dacron for the first time. Crono'd at average 305 with 416 gr firebolt. Thanks for all the tips hope i can help on here some day. will try to post some pics.

Thanks guys, (PHIL) as for the string stopper, i did notice a difference on noise and vibration, more on vibration though. No twang after the shot. I use sts on all my componds for the fact they work IMO.
(goergiaboy) Congrats on the vortex, you will enjoy it. I went from a old carved tip exocet 165#, big difference. Shoot more compond bows though, but my change now that i have the vortex.
