Lord knows i'm not the resident broadhead expert, but I will stick my spoon in the pot!!!
What type broadheads did you use? How fast is your set up? If your shooting to big of a b-head at to fast of a speed they may be windplanning.
Have you tried a small profile head? Lot of folks here shoot slick tricks. Have you thought about mechs.? I shoot spitfire's,same poi as my fieldpoints out of my vortex.
Hope this helps!!
Good luck!!

I think boltcutters are 150 gr. and your field points are 125 gr may make a difference, I am sure there are others here with more expertise than I.

Shooting off a bench?
Using a rope cocker?
Serving perfect?
Front insert square to the shaft?
All fasteners on the bow tight?
Have you tried another scope?

I agree you should be shooting the 150 grain field tips but that is only a small problem to be sorted out with your vertical .
When I hear about groups opening up with BH`s . My first thought is not enough offset . There may be an offset but if it is not enough it can and will cause problems .
If you are willing try the expandables of today .

Check to see if the black plastic spacer that is sandwiched between the riser and the limbs is not sticking out into the the arrow path.
Mine were out so far that it was making contact with my fletching and sending the arrow 6 inches to the left.

Not all field points shoot like broadheads.
Try sighting in with one broadhead and check groups from 20 to 40 yards off a bench and see how that goes.

I agree, probably just a bad field point. Sorry . . .I just couldn't resist that possibility.

Seriously, it can be a number of different items. I would start by taking the bow apart and using loctite on every screw, EVERY screw. Then zero in the scope again . . .after I loctited every screw there too.

The 100 grain vs. the 125 grain(or 150) is most likely NOT your problem. That's the last thing in the world I'd change to get accurate.

I've shot many a different mechanical broadhead and I've gotten pretty much the same accuracy with them all. They fly like field points because, they are pretty much field points.

I've shot many different fixed blade broadheads and there are very few that shoot the same and very few that fly exactly like field points out of my Exomax.

You said the arrows are good. When going over 320 FPS, good isn't the same as good at 275 FPS. If one blade is slightly bent . . .ever so slightly bent, then your arrow could fly 6 inches off at 30 yards, or more than six inches.

Here is a picture of the plastic shims that peter p is referring to . . .make sure they are trimmed off.

Image
Trim them to look like this . . .

Only the high profile vanes will hit them and they will only hit at certain angles . . .best to clear them out using box cutters.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.
Perception trumps intention.

Your scope needs to be leveled! Sounds like a canting problem to me!!!! If you cant split shafts out at 30 yards you need better shafts or your scope is off! 1" groups can only be achieved when everything is right[bipod helps you find out the truth] Good broadheads help too!!!

All good suggestions but being a lefty and using other side of my brain, I'd eliminate scope prob and lack of rope cocker due to acceptable groups w/ field points. My bet is on slightly bent shafts which would show up via spinner.

Easy to make: epoxy two marbles [same size] at each end of a piece of 1X4 about 14" long; hillbilly model use two finish nails in lieu of marbles and end them to form 'X'.

good luck, tain't no hill for a climber!
