I have been a fan of NAP Shockwave broadheads for quite some time. I have had excellent results on deer with them. The only problem is that I like to practice with broadheads and the o-rings are a real pain to deal with when taking repeated practice shots. I decided to try 1 TIGHT wrap of Scotch 33 electrical tape around the base of the blades to see if it would work instead of using the o-rings. WORKED LIKE A CHARM!! The blades didn't open prematurely, they deployed on the target like they were supposed to, and they hit in the same spot on the target as a Shockwave with an o-ring. One tight wrap of Scotch 33 weighs 1 grain more than a o-ring. Sounds stupid but it works.......
