I got some when they first came out a couple of years ago. At the time I was experimenting a lot with broadheads.

Pros . . .they shoot extremely accurate with very little effort. Basically make sure they spin well and shoot away. They performed as advertised, it's a very good broadhead. Good amount of cutting surface.

Cons . . .I didn't really have anything here. The only reason I'm not using them is I found the Stricknines and like them slightly better because of the weight and cutting surface.

The 170 grains was a little more weight than I needed. The additional weight did make for a slightly smoother launch. But, my objective was to keep as much speed as I could and get the most cutting surface available without sacrificing accuracy. And get a complete pass through.

Those Spitfires are a darn good option. Some other broadheads you might want to consider are the Grim Reaper, Vortex, Trophy Ridge Stricknines . . .all in the three blade 2" cut.
I'd rather wear out than rust out.
Perception trumps intention.

I haven't been shooting BH's that heavy. I like Spitfire in 100 & 125 weights, always shot accurately fer me.
