What hanger to use with crossbow

Hey all:
I'm new to crossbow and this forum and need all the advice I can get. I'm going to purchase the "Phoenix" (unless someone has a better idea?) and need to know what to use to hold and hang a crossbow while in the tree?
Is there a good way to hang the crossbow and still get to it easily?

All the stands I hunt with my Excal have bars and I just hold it the same as a rifle while hunting, letting it rest on the bar.

I use a rifle rest too but to be hands free i always use a tree step to hang it on..somtimes ill leave it hanging like when there just seems to be no action. i keep it to my left side just in reach so i can ease it off the hook when needed..
i used some of that silencing tape that comes with the summit stands to wrap my stirrup so it dont clang around on the hook. hope this helps

My hang on and ladder stands don't have rifle rests so this year I bought the Realtree EZ hangers to try. I got the short one and the midsize. I like the midsize best.
