thank's yall, especially Boo !

Built me a serving jig, kinda sorta copied the one Boo has on his web site. Then I started serving strings following along with Don's video. I was scared to death on the first one, a little more comfortable on the 2nd one, took my time and paid attention to what I did wrong and right. The 3rd one was on my flemish string, it looked GOOD to me. I shot it about 35-40 times this morning and NO serving seperation. I have a Vortex and it was eating my servings up. Got it in Sept. and already seperated 3 servings. I polished the claws also, that was prolly my problem to begin with. I use a rope cocker and am VERY careful not to over-cock the bow. The finest grit paper I could find was 3000 so I finished up with a strip of leather, figure if it does what it does to a knife blade it's got to help. Well thanks to all who replied/had tips, especially you Mr. Katsumi ! Oh yeah, it is lined up and ready to go now. Even compared arrows, Goldtip laser 2's and Carbon express maxima hunters with blazer vanes. The maxima hunters with the blazer vanes SMOKED the goldtips at 50 yds. I shoot 100gr. tips, Swhackers, and they hit just a fuzz lower than the field points at 50 yds but still could hit a fifty cent piece. I will not shoot a deer past 30 yds but at 50 I can really tell what works and what don't.
