anyone have feedback on bolts they are shooting ? i shoot victory x bolts with halfmoon nocks now out of my equinox a the groups are so much better and very consistant

I shoot Easton 2219s and 150 gr bolt cutters. Deadly accurate as the grouse and rabbits can testify too both out to 40 yards. Opps no they can'tLOL. Really very good combo for me on the Equinox. Have no issues with the deer. Easy pass thorughts at 45 and 30 yards last year.
After all my resarch I have found at the very least your broadhead or field point needs to be 150gr to maximize this beast of a bows capabilities.

Excal's own Firebolts with their 150grains BoltCutter BHs make for a fast and heavy arrow. Used for Moose hunting only and that combo packs a heck of punch - well i prefer to see it as a heck of slice as a "punch" would be better reffered too with a 200grain 300remmag bullet.

Much like with rifles, scopes and bullets (be it off the shelf or reloads) that are so many choices and alot of them are great choices; for us that combo as proven to be quite effective.

CanuckBen is right there is so many choices just like reloading .
I use 2219`s with 100 grain X-Acts . They shoot accurate enough for me .
