Looks like that ham was cooked perfectly. Some lean meat for your sore ribs. How is your recovery coming along Dan?

Sure, I ain't proud.......much, lol. I cheated on this one, let it go about 6 hrs on the smoker, then finished it in my oven w/ a thermometer at 250 degrees.

Ribs are much better, started sleeping in a real bed a week or so back. My kid did the bull work on smoking the deer ham. Thanks for asking, though!
