Gotta ask, why not just use Boltcutter bheads w/ your Firebolts? They were designed to go together...........

If you clean and degrease the screws and female threads, you can use clear 100% silicone sealant/adhesive( silicone caulk) on the screws in leu of locktite. wait till tomorrow to shoot. You will NEVER vibrate a screw loose and will always be able to take it out,no heat needed.Have used this trick the 70's on firearms and scopes stay on period. Even on large cal.s and pistols, they stay. Its a real "hassle free" way to go.

the main thing with loc tight or anything eles ..use very little..you dont want any to get into the trigger unit..Bill T has a how to mount your scope rail it worth looking at..
aslo Boo tipped me on getting a good 3/32 bit..the kind you use on a nut driver or a 1/4" ratchet...it works much better than the allen wrench.
