Hang-On Stands References

Post by Onetimeonly x--> »

Looking to upgrade in stands. Always seem to be modifying the seats to make them comfortable. As we all know once your a$$ is bruised your done! From your users experience what's a good comfortable light weight stand? Thanks!

I use Rivers Edge Bigfoot stands. About 15 pounds. Large platform. The seats are good, but I recommend an extra seat under your butt. Hunters Specialties Bunsaver is very good.

Regards, Erik.

If you want comfort then I'd say the Millenium 100. Check it out.

This year I picked up one of the Bone Collector Deluxe hang-on stands from Wal-Mart for under $90.

If you are looking for a very comfortable stand, then keep on looking. :roll: This one does have a saddle style seat, so it may be better than a hard metal seat but not by much. I routinely sit on bare metal, so it doesn't bother me but both my kids didn't think it was as comfortable as they imagined.

Its functional though after you take a can of paint to the loud green logos.

Big Game hang on stands in Sportsman guide magazine we have 10 of them on our club and they are less than $60.00. They come with a shooting rail now. They a sling seat and are very comfortable compared to a solid seat.
