Haven't been on here too much lately. Been real busy with work and other things. I managed to get some stands and cameras out at my property. Camera is set up on the edge of an apple orchard.
The little 4pt takes on the bigger 4pt and then 12 minutes later he's locking horns with a big 6pt. Both of his competitors are twice his size, but he doesn't seem to mind .

These bucks could be from the same bachelor group.
Bigger deer will put up with junior until it counts.

Last week I was watching a gorgeous 8 pt feed at a field edge, when another buck came from the other side of the field to join him. I was hoping for a bit of jostling, but they were still quite amicable. They weren't interested in my calls or in the 3 does that came by either. Nice to know that the status is changing by the day! (Unfortunately, I don't hunt this property!)
