No need to complain , Fiddleton ,( I stole that ) is a very very small fish in a big pond. Not offered at any of the big retailer's let alone a lot of small shop's , One local shop never carried them and the other I see dumped them. Give him credit for trying , But there's a lot of competitor's that will simply crush him. Give it time.

It happened once before and it will happen again. In complete honesty I feel sorry for those who had them before his last demise and I feel sorry for what is probably going to happen again.
Ever notice that other than the website, the section at CBN and CBM there is not advertising? How long can he last? Good question.

I'm new here and just noticed this thread. Does anyone have any idea where I can get a Middleton crossbow. I heard that they are the "bomb"

That will also be another contributing factor in fiddletons demise. Trying to find a dealer is like trying to find hen's teeth. Believe it or not a couple of archery shops that I know well in Canada and the US are afraid to stock them because they were burnt before and they are afraid to be boycotted by their loyal Excalibur fans...........go figure!

Swamp donk, you tore into me when i explained that although i really have a hate on for Middleton i dont hold anything against the owners of the bow. I think most feel the same?

Middleton has a stolen an idea, tried to make money off it, and along the way hes burnt every bridge that may have led to a windfall. The guy is dumb beyond belief as far as business success is concerned. And your taking it personally cause you own(ed?) a product of his.

Im glad you own an excal. That has lifetime warranty.

Well first I have to say that no one is trying to make you feel like a second class person. None of the crap is directed at you. If you feel that way I apologize and everyone else that said anything bad towards the bow meant nothing towards you. You and your middleton bow are not synonymous. Now after that if you still feel that way (I hope not) no one can help you.
What you are not privy to is the history of middleton and Excalibur. The complete theft of Excalibur's identity. The days when dtm himself came to this forum (for those here long enough) and flamed Excalibur, the members here and their bows.
I said I felt sorry for those who were left high and dry and I meant that. I mentioned that I do not see middleton surviving and that is what I meant. Not one word was directed at you. Hell, I own bows from a few manufacturers and was going to buy a middleton. That was until you know who tried to pull a fast one on me!
No Swampdonkey (moose I assume) nothing was directed at you by anyone here at any time. It was always directed at the maker not yourself. As far as I know you are in good standing with all members here. But we make fun of each other as much as we can, especially during the off season.
Are you cool with that?
BTW, I own and drive a Toyota Tachoma and you can make as much fun as you want about it. Afterall it is just a truck.
Sell your bow if you want, it's yours but it won't impact this forum at all. But I'll say one thing, it's kinda up to you how you take things when it comes through strokes of a key. Use the PM function before you get all twisted up!
I hope that if there are others here that disagree with me they will say something but to me what I am saying is obvious. But then I've know most here for a long time.

Yep. Swamp Donkey posted just the other day on this site that he was putting his two Middletons up for sale in the classifieds. I am sure that he is a man of his word and they are posted.
