GREAT picture Pyd!
Its been a long time since I've done any rabbit hunting. When I did it we were our own dogs high stepping into the briar thickets and kicking them up on our own. 2-3 year old clear cuts were great for this. I never got to do it in the snow.

I left my Black and Tan at home for this hunt, brought a buddy along instead to kick up brush. :D

The rabbits have been in the slow cooker all day, wife made a loaf of fresh bread and did the rabbits up in a mustard sauce.
I have to admit, I am pretty excited to try these little fellows out.

Chris, I just got back from the property you and I coyote hunted on (shed hunting today), there are a lot of rabbit tracks there this year, for a change. If you are interested, there are a few days left.. Bring your beagle, he has a look in his eye that says he wants more.
