Teaser on the way home

On my way home tonight, I spotted something in a farmer's field off in the distance, so I had to turn down the adjacent road to see what it was. Sure enough, there were 4 deer.

You can see 2 in my pic, it's not the best, being my phone and the distance.

I just bought a spotlight tonight and did a little shining with the kids. Saw a ton of deer, a racoon, and a skunk. Only 5 and a half months until hunting season

Wow if we were caught shining a light where deer were known to congregate at night we could and would be charge for it. It is against the law here.

I'm all set, I finally have a hunting license and now the fever to go with it!

I don't at this exact location, but I do land to hunt that is fairly close in the area.

the wife and i drove around a night before we got that snowstorm on friday. we saw 29 deer in a very short distance. come on spring!!!!

Believe it or not, it is actually legal here in Michigan from Jan to Nov. (and you don't even have to buy a license to do it). Shouldn't say that too loud-don't wanna give 'em any ideas
