Just another day in the midwest. Thunderboomies, lightning, cold, rain, hail, sleet & snow forcast for today & thursday. Been like this all spring.
We need some sunshine!!!!

Sounds like the weather here in Ohio. :(
Yesterday morning I decided to try the local lake for fishing with storms rolling in. Got set up and "Nessie" swam by -

Soon had a bite and hauled in a bluegill -

Also caught one rainbow trout (stocked in March) but didn't get a picture of it.
Managed to catch several channel cats & bluegill, then the temperature suddenly dropped several degrees and I decided I'd probably had about as much fun as I could stand for one day. :lol:
By the time I had things loaded up and drove home (less than 2 miles) it was raining again.

Got up to thunder this morning and there was another inch of rain in the gauge from last night. Haven't even got to check out the turkey population on the farm I hunt yet this spring. Seems like every morning I have free to get out early it's pouring rain. :roll:
