ive had the exomax and i have the axiom now..ive had no problems with either..never dry fired them..and never had any issues..and yes i have sent excalibur a email and they were amazing they stand behind everything they make..hands down the best x bow in the world

I sent email at 5:30pm they responded to it 6:50am the next morning AMAZING !

It seems like it is really a good crossbow regarding from its name. I think it is really good to use. From its name "Matrix 380", It feels like a high-tech one.

Ok bought the 380, traded in my vortex which was less than a year old. Spent a couple hours sighting it in. Put 15-20 bolts through it. Noticed something strange on the inside of the left limb. Yes it was splintered. Went back to my dealer this morning. He took one look at it and said I've got a new one upstairs. Replaced my bow, arrows, and all and I walked out with a brand new one no questions asked. Now that's service!
