Yep another 380 post, anyway I just ordered a Blackout 380 and can't wait to get it next week, I'm hoping that I will be able to cock it without the C2 but if not I will order one, can't wait to set it up and shoot a arrow through my chrono and see what it puts out. Big thumbs up to Dave.

Kinda tiered of cammo myself plus I think it will look better if I get the forward hand grip later down the road.

I did not realize that the 380 came strung already, might save me some bad words witch we have all been through I'm sure. the Excal tag was off one side and stuck in the box, pull it off and it seems to be staying on the stock. I need to figure out how to post a pic, it will not work from bucket like it used to yrs ago or else they change the photo attachment here.

Well I'm happy, only got 350 FPS with 3 arrows and one at 344fps, the ist 3 were about 3 feet away from chrono(new battery) and the slower was about 2 feet, I have allways shot about arms length from chrono(3feet)and also the rope cocker seemed to short real hard to get on so I used a extra rope cocker I had from the Vortex...I'm shooting the DIABLO arrows with 150grn field points that came with it.

Any Ideas folks..

Ok I'm going with 100gn field point this puts the Diablo arrow at 349gn that should up my FPS.

Never mind I will go with 125 grn fp that should be good.

Looks like after reading and knowing if I go 350 - 384 I can hit 380fps I'm just going to sit back and enjoy my new Matrix 380..

Happy Happy Happy NOW.....350 fps all day long with Diablo arrows and 150gn field points weighting in for a total of 396 - 396.5.
