Post by Masboy »

Had my first blood of the season an not deer blood. came from me on my second ride on my dirt bike I just got yesterday. an this morning riding up a rough tower line road to scout out some deer spots I made it to the top an came to a dead end an fell over trying to turn around . seems like it hurts more the older you get  was a lot of fun an can,t wait to get back out an check some spots out without more blood being spilled

The getting older does present some tough decisions.

Do I take 4 hours to walk where I could have gone in half an hour when I was younger, or do I risk taking a beating to ride to the spot?

I keep trying to find ways to just get the deer to come to me.

Hope the injury wasn't too bad there Masboy. I use 4-wheelers for work and they have totally ruined me. Makes hauling corn fast and easy and don't get near as many ticks. Can't remember the last deer I drug out of the woods. :) Have had my knuckles cut and busted, have taken some nasty blows to the face also.
