1st and 2nd Matirx 380 buck.

I had 5 corn/ricebran piles out. While this is not my favorite way to hunt, it works. Finally got a favorable wind for one of my stands. Set up in my climber about an hour before dark. A buck came out at dark thirty. Took shot at about 20 yards broadside. He ran about 30 yards to a stream. I heard him thrash about in the water then get quiet. I knew he was down.
Finally got a good wind on a stand that the deer were eating everything I put out each nite. 2nd deer came in about 15 minutes before dark. Was standing facing away from me at a slight angle. Sent bolt into his back midway about 3 inches from spine. Came out his brisket. He ran about 30 yards and piled up. Love this new bow.

1st deer 9 point. Weight 273 lbs. A big deer for Louisiana. 14.5 inch inside spread with heavy horns.
2nd deer 7 point. Weight 185 15 inch inside spread.
Used 125 grain spitfires. 18" BE zombie slayers

I think I may have led some of you wrong. These deer were killed a few days apart at differnt stands. Sorry for any confusion.
