Hi all
Although I don't post on regular basis I still visit the site quite frequently. Congrats to all the hunters out there that have been successful throughout this season. I have been going hard with my new matrix 380 since the controlled hunt ended. I have many decent bucks on camera but haven't been able to close the deal. Have passed on a number of does and fawns and small bucks but nothing I really wanted to shoot.
This past Sunday my luck changed, was able to harvest this big boy at 18 yards with my matrix shooting Muzzy 125 gr. The buck only went about 50 yards.
Love the late season and not done quite yet!!!!!

CONGRATS on the nice buck! It can be tough to hunt after the controlled hunt but it looks like it sure paid off for you!
