Vixen II Stock

What is the difference in the stock length (minus rail) of a Vixen II versus a phoenix?

VixenII stock is 1" shorter than Phoenix stock

I believe that most all of that difference is in the LOP. (length of pull) I'm a shorty, and found a big difference between the original Vixen and the Vixen II.
I purchased a Phoenix rail from Danny Miller and now have a Phoenix II. The shorter LOP is really nice, especially when wearing heavy clothing.
