Has anyone put a picatinny rail somewhere on their Matrix? I'm thinking of putting one on Sheila over top of her quiver bracket to attach a flashlight for night hunting. Obviously, I'd need considerably longer quiver bracket screws. Ideally, I'd find a short picatinny rail with with two mounting holes 1 & 1/4th inches apart to match the quiver bracket hole spacing.
Anyway, I'm curious what others may have done.

Get yourself a set of tactical scope rings with rails on them. Sportsman's guide and Optics planet have them.

Re: Matrix Picatinny Rail
if you intend to record video while hunting with flashlight, I suggest you to install the picatinny rail under the crossbow so the lights don't interfere your vision with the scope and camera. I put my gopro on the scope mount and flashlight on picatinny rail under where the excal quiver mount is underneath.

NEPABowhunter your suggestion looks like the perfect solution. I didn't know it existed. Thanks to all for the info.

Way cheaper to order 8" or 12" piece of picatinny rail blanck stock from Brownells. Cut it size you want and drill two holes in it to line up with two holes that hold stock quiver on. Then mount light or use a Streamlight laser/light combo which is what I have, works great on hogs at night. You then need top mount quiver from Munch.
