O/T Amazon Sucks!

Yup i am done usin them fer anythin the rest of my life. I bought an item had Amazon prime fer 2 day shippin & it were ordered past Mon. mornin early. Its still in transit won't be here til next Tues. Jus lettin y'all knowed how i got treated

not in the least . I sell on ebay a bit to make some spending money as i am on a fixed income . i have had lots of problems with buyers and ebay is never any help .

Sorry to hear ofyour problems with amazon Mike . i buy from amazon fairly often and have not had any issues .did you buy from amazon or a seller on amazon? I am not sure if delivery times are guaranteed if you you did not buy directly from amazon .

There are other stores that sell on amazon . Some have amazon stock their products and other do it them self's . either way that it still is crap .Hope it shows up and was not "lost" in shipping .

I have had both good and not so good experiences with Amazon, ebay and others, I think its the shipping services that mess up the routing of some shipments (not to say its always them)but I have watched items with tracking numbers go out West from a company in the East just to come back to the East coast 3-4 days later. Drop shippers mess up if they don't have an item and it has to be ordered also.

I had no shippin cause we have the Prime. Jus another lyin gimmick trick. Ah but its a grand day day to alive n kickin. Lots of deer at my feeder plenty of pic's

Call amazon customer service and let them know. When they have missed deadlines in the past, they have credited my account to compensate for the delay. You pay for that shipping with your prime membership.

I think Amazon is kinds like Ebay w/o the bidding. I see all kinds of sellers on there.

Maybe you got hooked up w/ one of them?

Cancel your Prime, that will get their attention.

I have prime and it has saved me a lot of money with free shipping. I order a bunch from amazon with several large items Most of the time I get my order in 2days but sometimes it is 3

How timely, I agree, eBay is no better !!!

Several days ago, I was the highest bidder on an item. When I went to pay, since the seller did not specify the shipping, I wasn't able to do so automatically. Instead, I had to email the seller and ask for an invoice. When I did so, the seller stated that since his item sold for less than he expected, he wasn't going to go through with the transaction. He ignored all my following emails to him.

Earlier today I phoned eBay customer service; long story short, I was told that what happened to me, happens quite often. They went on to say, in so many words, that I should forget about it and move on. Luckily for me, since I wasn't able to pay automatically, it saved me a whole lot of headaches of trying to get my money back

As for eBay support, I suppose, unlike big-time sellers, since I'm just an insignificant buyer/seller, who generates little to no commission for them, All I got from them was "lip-service".

IMO, the way they saw it was that, "The juice wasn't worth the squeeze."

How Sad!!!! A lesson to be learned. "Caveat Emptor"

i could never understand the Prime thing. unless its a bulky heavy item and as long as you spend the limit amount and search for sellers that ship for free ive never had to pay for shipping on Amazon. even a safe i ordered was free without prime.
