My kids were on spring break last week, so I pulled my stands down, brought them to the house and bought my kids some spray paint and told them to paint away. They turned out real good. We had a few more snows this year and every time I would scout, I found a place where the deer were really coming and going. They were coming and going out of this thicket in a spot so thick you can't even really see a trail. I moved one stand overlooking this spot.

Its hard to believe season is still in for me in Virginia. The late archery season doesn't go out till 26 April. They really want to thin the heard here. They are only out of season in Loudoun County Virginia for about 130 days a year. I've taken January deer, but I'm not much in the mood for deer after that.
