Can this be fixed?

Post by Kegbelly »

Can this be fixed? Steam? Dunk in boiling water? Heat gun, hair dryer? I'm doing some short yardage chrony shooting so I don't want to use my best arrows for this very reason. I don't need fixed as in "like new", just need it shootable at <10 yards. I thought I'd ask y'all before I ruin the arrow trying to fix it  Thanks!

Spring for a fletching jig. If you don't have one already, you'll need one eventually.

Well I'll be... a couple seconds with a heat gun on low and held each vane between a couple blocks of wood to cool and it's a shootable arrow again. Not real pretty but It'll work for what I'm doing. :D
Thanks everyone!
