Matrix 330...

Post by flinthead »

Can anyone talk me out of buying this bow?

Has the limb/limb tip issue been resolved or was there ever an issue to begin with?

How do the 18" arrows shoot?

Thanks guys!

I don't think there was a wide spread limb or mag tip issue. I think it was & is a dryfire issue. The only time i have ever had limb end issues they were caused by me. Not loading & arrow or i didn't seat the nock on the string solid. Then Bingo limb & mag tip splinters & tips breakin

Yep, lots of folk shot them with brace height too low as well. Most not knowing it either.
I like the 355 just fine, and the 330 is my next one. You'll love it!

I would have to sell Miss Vixen. I did put her up fer sale but no takers. So i figure i can sell the extra strings i had. Then i can drop her price each time one sells. Then i may certainly look at the 330 to add wid Marie Laveau.

I love my wife's 330 it is a real tack driver like all the Excals of course it shoots hard and posts speeds above the 330 rating with a factory string the only thing it needs right now is some deer blood on it.

Sorry but I can't help you talking you out of buying one

I really like my 330, especially once I put a TT trigger on it. Like already mentioned, I think the limb tip failures were mostly due to short brace height.
