What did you do on Labor Day

Post by William Biggs »

I dusted off the M355 and let her bolts loose. She's dead nutz accurate and I can't wait to unleash her on some unexpecting deer this year!

Best of luck on your hunting trip!

We checked our trail cams. Not much excitement here in Maine.

Drove home from 5 days at the NASCAR event at Mosport. Drank a lot of beer and recovering from a Labor day hangover.

Shot Trixxi with the new trigger out to 50 yards, shot Roxanne too. I did the yard yesterday, so my day to goof off! I took my two daughters out for breakfast at 11 am, their normal wake up time on off days! Now, I'm sipping on a Samuel Adams Octoberfest Beer!, and i might just go in for another one soon!

Enjoy the last summer weekend folks!

Spent a couple hours trying to find my surefire flashlight  found it! had a cookout an kept me busy keeping the kids out of the garage away from our bikes :P watched the boys shoot bow for a few hours an a few contests shooting at a chop stick at 30 yds trying to split it. I could not shoot do to a shoulder problem an My youngest won splitting it on his fourth shot. Hoyt vs mathews day today ! My oldest an his girlfriend are hunting today in the heat in DL an have not seen them today . Hot an humid today an everyone just went home . Now piece an quiet at last

Went out and checked my trail cams, got surrounded by turkeys. Trimmed some shooting lanes and made a ground blind. Came home and bbq'd some 1.5 inch strip loin steaks for me and my lovely lady. Now relaxing, wishing I had won the lottery. Back to work tomorrow. :( :( :(
