Well - I know that my 405 is a tack driver like my Exomax

Post by Sandman »

Hello all,

I recently received a sweet looking string from Boo (Don - beautiful work) and had an opportunity to shoot my 405 today after switching the strings out.

I should have known better but I zeroed in at 20/30/40/50 from a stationary fixed position never shooting at the same dot twice cause I know better.

After dialing it in I went to free hand and was touching the dot at all yardages. Then I decided to take a second shot at one of the dots at 30 yards.

I have to look on the positive here and although I destroyed 2 bolts my confidence is high.

It's only a bad robin hood if you shot first!

You're right Vix I should know better .... I think a little lazy on my part and a lack of confidence I could RH freehand at 30 ..

Didn't take too many shots to dial in the 405 and Boo's string~!
